[Diazyme] Glycated Serum Protein

Diazyme의 Glycated Serum Protein Enzymatic Assay 는 기존의 NBT 기반 분석법(NBT-based methods) 과 비교하여 향상된 특이성(specificity) 과 신뢰성(reliability) 을 제공합니다. 본 분석법은 총 변동계수(Total CV) ≤ 1.3% 의 높은 정밀도를 나타내며, 최대 1354 μmol/L 까지의 우수한 직선성(linearity) 을 제공합니다. 또한, ascorbic acid(5 mg/dL), bilirubin(7.5 mg/dL), conjugated bilirubin(5 mg/dL), glucose(2400 mg/dL), hemoglobin(200 mg/dL), triglycerides(2000 mg/dL) 및 uric acid(35 mg/dL) 로부터 유의한 간섭을 받지 않습니다.
